- Commitment to fostering self-awareness and strong self-care practices for sustainable careers
- A preference for and specific training in the relational model of supervision
- Eight years of social work supervision experience including supervision of MSW Interns
- Certification in Clinical Supervision by NASW-NC
Scheduling:
- Flexible afternoon and evening session times, occasional weekends
- Group supervision sessions with 2 or more LCSWA's
- Individual supervision $65-90 per one-hour session
- Group supervision $30-50 per one-hour session
- Negotiable rates according to employment/household income
